More About Coach Connor
I’m a professional basketball coach and the Athletic Director at Palm Beach Prep, where I work daily with high-level high school and post-grad athletes preparing for college basketball. My background includes coaching at the Division I and NAIA levels (Quinnipiac University and Keiser University), along with years of experience helping players earn college scholarships.
What separates my training is a focus on real development that translates to game performance. I don’t run generic workouts — every session is tailored to your child’s skill level, position, and goals. Whether your athlete is just starting out or aiming to play in college, I build a clear plan to help them improve with purpose.
I specialize in:
• Skill development (ball handling, shooting, footwork)
• Game decision-making & basketball IQ
• Position-specific training
• Confidence building and accountability
• Preparing players for AAU, high school, and college-level play
I’ve helped numerous players advance to the college level, and I take pride in pushing athletes while also building their confidence and love for the game.
If you’re looking for a coach who will invest in your child’s growth both on and off the court, I’d love to work with you.
I played 4 years of Collegiate Basketball at the Division III level. As a freshman I was a member of a Cabrini Cavaliers that went 33-2, and made a National Championship appearance in 2012.
Former MAAC Freedom Conference Player of the Week
The purpose of these workouts is progress, not perfection. Great players aren't born overnight. They became great because they work hard, but more importantly they work smart. Prior to our first training session, we’ll have a 15 min phone session where we’ll break down the strengths and weaknesses of your game in order to develop a program specific to you.
