More About Coach Conner

I started playing soccer at the age of 4. From the age of 10 I would go to Brazil every summer to train on professional youth teams. I have developed many training techniques that give players the foundation to reach their maximum potential. I typically work with players 12 and under but i enjoy all age groups.

-2019 Coach for the Freshman Girls Greenwich High School Team

I received a full ride to the University of Virginia for soccer. I trained in Crotone, Italy (Series B) for one year and played in Cadiz, Spain for another year. I then finished my eligibility for soccer in a division 1 University in Pennsylvania. I received All American Team awards. I signed a professional contract with the Miami FC in 2016. I currently play for the US Beach Soccer National team.

I am well rounded so It all depends on what my client wants to focus on. However, my specialty is working on technique (with and with out the ball), dribbling through cones, clean/sharp touches (on the ground and in the air), explosiveness/quickness, balance and stability. I always incorporate the ball in every drill.

Typical Training Session:
I like to start my training sessions with a technical warm up. Quick lateral movements with the ball. One or two touch passes on the ground and in the air. Then I move on to a more complicated drill that enforces agility, balance and close ball control. At the end of the session I like to play a fun game that gives the player the opportunity to apply what they have learned.

Client Reviews

Great coach- first session and a good workout- looking forward to more training!

So far, so good. He’s been great with my son and teaching him a lot. No complaints.

Coach Connor took time to understand our goals as an athlete. He created workouts that were a bit different and more challenging every session. He was encouraging. he was just what I was looking for as a parent. I wanted my son to be challenged and eager to try harder not discouraged and that's exactly what we got. He was also knowledgable about soccer and fitness. He was always punctual, prepared and ready to go. I would definitely recommend.

Coach Conner has been an awesome role model/coach and has inspired me to grow as a player. His drills and circuit training have helped challenged me in improving my stamina and skill. As a newbie to the sport, I have learn to have better control of the ball and acquired the skills needed to practice on my own. I highly recommend Coach Conner as your next coach...he is patient, skilled, and organized in all his sessions.

With all the new drills and techniques Conner has taught me. I am much more confident with the ball.
