Clients can expect a fun, energetic, and educational session. It is important to break down training by teaching optimum upper & lower body movements to maximize performance. Drills and technique will be age/player/position specific and ultimately replicate movements that will occur during competition. Each session will build off of the last one.

Client Reviews
Joe And Sherri (CoachUp client)
Great first experience with Coach Colin. Taught the kids a lot in an hour. Great advice re: not worrying about dropping the ball and it being about reps.
Paul (CoachUp client)
Coach Colin has been outstanding to work with. He runs a very structured and well organised session. He is a good communicator, reliable, and works very well with my 13 year old son. Coach Colin has done a good job of tailoring the drills each session to the goals and skills of the athlete. My son describes coach Colin in this way: “Coach Colin is very patient. He thinks of good drills and activities. He has helped my understand how much is going on in the game.” We look forward to continuing to work with coach Colin on wide receiver and defensive back skills.
