I signed with East Central University my senior year of high school, where I went on to be a three year starter at Center on the offensive line. After graduation, I went on to coach the offensive line at Okemah High School where we made the playoffs for the first time in 20 years. From Okemah, I became the Offensive Coordinator at Gore High School where I helped lead the Pirates to an undefeated district championship and sent one of my lineman to Oklahoma State University. After I left Gore I became the Offensive Coordinator at Mount Saint Mary Catholic High School in Oklahoma City. In My stint at Mount Saint Mary, I was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach in charge of all sports. After Mount St. Mary, I accepted the Offensive Coordinator Head Offensive Lineman position at Beggs High School. In my first year at Beggs my offense rushed for over 3800 yards as well as passed for 2400 yards averaging 41 points per game with an appearance in the State Quarter finals. My Second season at Beggs was met with the same success with the second Straight appearance in the State Quarter finals. In My coaching career, I have developed multiple All-District and All-State Offensive Linemen, several of which have gone on to play at the next level.

I received many awards and recognitions in My high school career including multiple All District and Area selections. As a Senior, I was voted Team Captain and MVP. I was a First Team All-District Lineman and the coaches in his district voted him the District Lineman of the Year. After high school, I signed with East Central University, where I went on to be a three year starter at Center on the offensive line. At East Central I was elected to the Lone Star Conference All Academic Team. After my college career I have been selected to coach in multiple all star games as well as being named Offensive Coordinator of the year in 2014.

A session with me will cover a functional movement screen (FMS) as well as strength and conditioning drills coupled with skill drills specific to Offensive Line play. I will put your athlete through a FMS Screen to asses injury risk. Once I establish the base line of the athlete we can start the athlete in the proper progression beginning with Stance. An athletes stance is a important part of success. From there we will begin with footwork drills an specific recognition of how to use footwork drills in game situations. From there we will progress from run blocking skills to pass protection drills unique to what kind of offense that they run.
