More About Coach Cody
I have experience in coaching football and baseball players. I also have experience in weight training and speed training. I have coached and trained people from the age of 5-55. I typically work with high school aged athletes. I specialize in quarterbacks, tight ends, lineman, wide receivers, and punters. Also, for baseball I specialize in pitchers, first baseman, and hitters.
I received a full scholarship from Coastal Carolina University to play both football and baseball. I was a captain on the #1 ranked team in the FCS both my junior and senior year. In high school I represented South Carolina in the Shrine Bowl and also the south in South Carolina's North/South All-Star Baseball Game. I also competed and won the Festivis Games out of Charleston in 2015 as a crossfit competitor.
Every session will start with a position specific warm-up. After this warm-up, we will go into skill development. Followed by the skill development we will always finish with something that challenges the athlete in the skills we have learned.
