More About Coach Clay
I played at Kent State for 5 years as a defensive lineman. After college I pursued a coaching career where I am now going on my second year coaching the Glenville High- School Tarblooders Defensive Line and CEO of On The Map Training LLC. After one complete year of training multiple athletes and have went to play college football and every senior Defensive Lineman earned themselves scholarships to great football programs. This was only year one folks if your ready to maximize your effort beyond belief to achieve greatness I'm your guy!
During my collegiate years of playing I started as a walk on. In high school I was an All-State Defensive End and State Champion and had 0 D1 offers. By the grace of God I walked on to Kent State and earned a scholarship. One part about being walk on is proving yourself; I had to do it in high school as well. So, the only way to prove I was better was to train, train, and train some more.

Speed, Agility, Explosion. One of the most important periods of an O.T.M.T workout is our dynamic workout. Warming up our bodies by stretching and strengthening the posterior chain is a key essential to turning our body into a quick responding machine.
