Ive played basketball up thru high school. Ive also played as an adult in tournaments. Ive been coaching my son and daughter for last 4 years (3rd,4th,5th and 6th). I helped coach 4th grade girls AAU team . Ive got my USA Basketball coaching certificate.

Shooting Form various drills with useing the correct form, Dribbling with left and right hand drills, Speed and Agility drills focussing on footwork. Working low post with post moves.
The purpose of all sessions is for the athlete to become better than they were before that session. This is how i like to do that! The athlete's learn, have fun and they have fun while learning! It is also VERY important for me to see that my young athletes become better as young men and women! I will check with them on how they are doing in school!
No two athletes are the same, and that is the mindset with which I approach my athletes. As such, my athletes' training programs will be based on their basketball position, level of skill they possess and level of skill they are interested in achieving.
