More About Coach Chris

I have 10-15 years coaching a number of different middle school and high school sports . I have been a physical education coach for teacher and athletic director in the area so coaching come with the gig! I fell in love with coaching and building young adults into great athletes and better people! I currently coach high school boys volleyball and middle school basketball. I am certified in personal training and have my yoga 200 hr certification.

How I work out the athlete is completely dependent on the athletes goals and reason for seeking lessons. If it is to make a basketball team, the training will be similar to their level practice intensity. In addition, breakdown of skills will be implemented where athlete needs areas of growth! If it is to get in shape and just join a rec league, it will be more strength and conditioning focused with drills to develop confidence and knowledge of the game.
