I was a top five player in my high school city league (2008). I was also sponsored to the John Wooden UCLA summer basketball camp as a junior in 2007 and was awarded defensive player of the camp.

We begin our first session by discussing the parent/player's goals. I will then customize my drills for your player to achieve the goals we have set and progressively work our way up to more advanced drills and knowledge. What I love teaching most are the micro details within a particular drill, situation or technique that will help them expand their knowledge and maximize their retention. I encourage and enable players to ask questions so that they are mentally present as we train. This allows them to explore through mistakes so that they feel comfortable putting themselves consistently in uncomfortable situations which will produce the most growth. Everything we work on will have a direct effect towards transferring skill so that they may use it on the court. I want to ensure you that I study the game intently and take my craft seriously so that your child may get the best possible results, and I have been trained by some of the best trainers in the industry. At the end of each session I like to debrief about the session we had by asking players what they learned and how they can use it in practice or games going forward. It is also a chance for them to give me feedback and listen to them on how we can improve our training so they feel like they are taking ownership and become more excited to train. I also recommend recovery, strengthening and stretching methods.

Client Reviews

Coach is very amazing he’s very patient, informational and overall amazing at what he does. My son enjoyed every minute of the practice.

Coach Chris is fantastic and personable! He goes above and beyond to tailor lessons that will impacg your gane immediately. It's never easy learning the game the right way at age 32, but possible with a cutting edge coach!
I highly recommend Coach Chris!

Coach Christopher is a great coach ! He is very professional, his training and techniques are awesome. I would definitely recommend coach Christopher to anyone.

Coach Christopher was great! He made my son feel very comfortable. He worked the basics with my son, and was very positive with him throughout the session. My son left the session feeling very happy, and looks forward to another training with Coach! Thank you so much.

Coach Christopher is a great coach. He really knows his craft and is an excellent communicator to get his points across. What impresses me most, however, is not about his vast knowledge of the game or how prepared he is with his materials. Those should be a given for any elite coach. Rather, he understands that an injured athlete is not a productive one, so he always stresses warming up and proper stretching before each session. My 5th grader now stretches before each game without fail. We have tried multiple coaches before Coach Christopher and without a doubt he is the best coach. He is a professional (never late), pays attention to detail, and truly cares about his athlete. Our Club ball schedule keeps our weekends busy so we don't get to do much private trainings anymore, but Coach gave my son the foundation that he needed to be successful at the next level. Thanks Coach for everything that you have done for us!

Coach Chris was great with my 4th grade son. He was a great teacher and took the time to explain what they were doing and why with my son. My son showed a marked improvement in his fundamentals from what Coach Chris taught him during the lesson and I would not hesitate to recommend Coach Chris for lessons.

My son (11 years old) had two sessions with Coach Chris and he's been great! Coach Chris focused on dribbling, footwork, defense, and rebounding. He's very patient and encouraging. My son really enjoys his time with Coach Chris and we are looking forward to booking additional sessions with him. It's only been two sessions, but I already see more confidence from my son.

Coach Christoper is a great coach! He can help out with any questions you may have. This man knows what he is doing.

Coach Chris was very professional, and was able to help me in great detail! I like that he works on perfecting his craft daily and shares his knowledge freely. He was able to provide insight to his NBA experiences and give me an edge that you can't get anywhere else. He is a true student of the game who is able to help anyone reach their potential.
