I have over 10+ years of coaching collegiate/professional track and field/cross-country. I have coached both NCAA Division I and community college student athletes in that time. I have also worked with para, masters, and youth athletes with various levels of abilities. I have IAAF Level IV and various USATF Level 3/2 Certs.

As an athlete I was a multiple State Champion in the and NCAA DI All-American in the Decathlon (100 m /Long Jump/ shot put/ high jump/ 400 m/ high hurdles/ disc throw/ pole vault/ javelin/ 1500m) . Competed professionally and for Team USA.

A typical Training Session involves thorough assessment of athletes abilities followed by analysis of athletes goals. Which allows for a holistic outline of prescribed training modalities and protocols to maximize the athlete. For example: bio-mechanics, strength training, fitness development, coordination, and skill acquisition.
