More About Coach Christopher
I've been training for about 5 years now. Started off in Chicago training local kids from my neighborhood. Two years of coaching for the Atlanta kingz an AAU organization base out of Stone Mountain, Ga. My past and most current student I worked with was 14-18. Typically 8th grade going into high school. I'm USA basketball certified, 3 years of high school, 1 year of college.
Morton east high school 3 years. Freshman year didn't make needed more work came back strong, next three years where good years. Went on to play at Robert Morris for 1 year. While finishing up at Robert Morris I was playing summer league for Chicago state university.
What to expect is learning the game of basketball different drills, different shot techniques, ways to score. I usually start off with dribbling drills, pounds, two ball dribbling, high lows etc, then move on to attacking drills to shots then attacking drills to lay ups. Move on to reps on jump shots. Finishing off with some movement of the feet with/ without weight vest, defensive slides.
