I coach youth, but also did some high school occasionally as a guest coach. I love sharing my passion and experience with young kids.
I did private sessions and clinics in NY last year and the age group was 10-15 or so but open to other age!

I played at northeastern for 5 years and won the hockey east championship 5 years. I was in second team all star and third team all star, beanpot MVP, all teams for 4 years. I earned quit a few honors. I also play for my national team and going to the 2026 Olympics. I was world championship MVP in 2022 and a few other honors here and there.

Depends why they are looking for and what they wanna focus on. But if I were to leave my session, I would focus on skating drills to start a session, to get wanted up and work on our skating technic, then we’ll do some skating with a puck, some stick handling, and like turns without and with puck, depending on the age group and skills set I would adapt each session but probably get going with that kind of stuff, but always finish with a fun game or drill!
