More About Coach Chelsea
In Fall 2015, I received my 200-Hour Power Yoga certification from Corepower Yoga San Francisco. My typical class size is 10 people and I enjoy teaching beginning and intermediate yoga.
My biggest athletic accomplishment was hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in less than 3 days. I have completed half-marathons and I am currently training for my first full marathon in LA!
Clients can expect a balanced yoga flow with a challenging physical aspect. I like to integrate positive mental affirmations and general health and body wellness recommendations. I'm open to tailoring our class to your specific needs, music, and any other preferences!
