I have two years experience as a group fitness instructor and 1 year as a personal trainer. I am certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I train at my local YMCA and specialize in strength training, yoga, cycling, HIIT, and endurance training. I won Strongest Female at my college's weight lifting competition and have also competed in a number of 5K races and triathlons.
I focus on overall health and fitness in my training. I want to help the client reach their personal goal, but also be well rounded in every area of fitness. Endurance, strength, power, agility, speed, balance, and flexibility are skills we would focus on over the course of many sessions.
Once we have discussed your goals and gone through all our assessments, our sessions will include a warm up of around 5 minutes, 35 minute endurance or resistance training, and then 5 minute cool down and stretch. Our actual workouts will vary based on the goals of the client.
