More About Coach Chaz
Chaz joined the United States Navy in 2005 where his dedication to running and helping others inspired him to become a Physical Training Instructor. After fulfilling his military service Chaz began working in the Run Specialty industry where he has spent the last 6 plus years studying biomechanics and offering expert advice to runners. Chaz has coached all levels and ages of runners from beginners to runners with over 20 years experience. He’s worked with them 1 on 1 and in group settings.

Coaching Membership Includes

Coaching Membership Package Rates
Gold $75 a month for a 1 year commitment
Silver $100 a month for a 6 month commitment
Bronze $125 a month for a 3 month commitment.
Individual Training Sessions
During these sessions we’ll spend time working on your specific areas of concern and training goals. We’ll help you conduct your daily workout and offer advice on how to achieve maximum benefit from it. For most people, form starts to break when they get fatigued. If we’re there with you, we’ll be able to have the opportunity to see what happens and help you adapt and overcome it.
