Certified personal trainer. UC Berkeley Alumni. Ex-collegiate PAC 12 sponsored athlete. Training experience with male and female clients, age ranges vary from children to elderly. I take pride in helping people achieve their fitness goals, and I always like to keep workouts fun for each group/individual.

UC Berkeley alumni and former NCAA qualifier. Scholarship PAC 12 athlete with over 14 years of experience in fitness and health. Semi professional track and field athlete for four years after college. Continue to workout with clients in order to demonstrate and provide motivation when workouts get tough.

Session plans can range from warm ups, to workouts, to cool downs and stretching. Ab work as well as diet suggestions, are included. Specializes in High Intensity Interval Training, but adjust workouts based on clients needs and restrictions.
