My experience as far as coaching comes has been at the grade school, high school, and college level. I've worked with quarterbacks and skill players on footwork and throwing mechanics as well as game knowledge through my experiences pulled from being a former high school All-American, 4 year starter in the ACC, and second year in the NFL (free agent at moment).

Available to work with all age groups at any sport.

Client can expect a dynamic warm-up followed by a session of footwork and throwing mechanic sessions. This can sometimes be followed by some intermediate cardio depending on clients need and finished with any questions or playbook talk (i.e. Drops, coverages..etc.).
