I hold certification as a NASM-CPT/CES (National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer/Corrective Exercise Specialists) I have my Masters Degree in Secondary Ed as well and was a strength and conditioning coach at the high school level for 10 years @ Seton Catholic, Imagine Prep, Coolidge High School. For the last 5 years I have been training individual clients to achieve their goals.
