Long-term experience in both soccer and track & field. Played through high school and began coaching directly after high school graduation. I believe my coaching experience has led to an increased knowledge of how to properly coach all sports.
Every session begins with a proper dynamic warm-up, and continues on to very technical activities to improve the basic functions of your sport or position. We then will move on to how to apply those basics in game situations. Throughout the session I also incorporate fitness that directly impacts your sport demands.
