1. Foundation (15-20 min) - get to understand each other through warm-up and initial movements that activate muscle groups. I explain what the body will go through and why it is important. During this time I ask about your goals and athletic career.
Demonstration of every single movement of every stretch/drill/exercise in detail. I model it first, then we do it together, then I watch and coach with motivation, compliment, and correction.
2. Work out (30-40 min) specific to event(s) that client is training for. Always custom made and evolves with the athletic progressive performance of the client. Includes: form running, increasing strength and power, and the psychology of racing.
3. Cool Down Finish (5-10 min) physical and mental. Q & A during this time. I reflect on the session, suggest and assign things to do at home to prepare client for the next session. This includes nutritional and overall well-being health advice.
