Have provided seminars in Southern California, DC, Virginia and Central Florida. Currently a personal fitness trainer helping over a dozen clients reach their personal fitness goals for over 2 years. Have been providing program seminars teaching people how to survive and be confident in the street defense system for over 2 years.

Between the ages 7-10 studied and practiced Shotokan Karate in Guaynabo, PR. Placed 3rd in the International Shotokan Karate Tournament. Between ages 13-17 participated and played in high-school sports such as football and wrestling. Between the ages of 17-20 trained in Ryo Shotokan Karate in Woodbridge, VA. Between the ages of 22-24 trained in Golden Gloves Boxing at Lopez Boxing Gym in Orlando, FL. Between the ages of 24-28 trained in mixed martial arts at Millennia MMA in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and American Top Team in Orlando, FL. Practiced and trained in the arts of Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Judo, Grappling and Cage Fighting earning a black belt in MMA. Between the ages 29-30 practiced and trained in Krav Maga World Wide and earned a black belt. From the age of 29 and current, I train in Krav Maga Street Defense at Premier Martial Arts, Sanford FL. Certified Martial Arts Instructor for Krav Maga Street Defense and Tactical Fitness. I currently hold a 2nd degree brown/black belt in this system. I also hold a Class D Security and Class G Security license. Currently training in Close Operation Protection Systems (C.O.P.S.).

Warm up includes some Tactical Cross fit fitness and techniques include but are not limited to empty hand fighting using all forms of striking, punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes, choke holds, joint locks, throws, pressure points and ground fighting. Advanced session includes but are not limited to knife defense and gun defense against any hostile situation. This complete combination of different styles makes Krav Maga one of the most realistic and efficient forms of self-defense in the world. When you train, you train to survive and live to see another day.
