More About Coach Cesar
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with 15+ years training elite athletes. Expert in personalized performance programs, athlete development, and innovative methods that drive results. Bilingual Spanish/ English, leader passionate about maximizing potential
National 4x400 relay champion in 1999. Signed with the Boston Red Sox organization, where I played professionally from 2001 to 2004. These experiences shaped my competitive mindset and deepened my understanding of high-performance environments.
Each session is structured to optimize performance, prevent injury, and guide return-to-play progressions. We begin with a dynamic warm-up and individualized mobility drills. Training is tailored to the athlete’s phase—general preparation, performance development, or injury rehabilitation. Movement prep and activation exercises align with the session’s primary focus. The main block includes targeted protocols such as plyometrics, resistance training, and sport-specific drills. Physical conditioning is integrated through structured sessions focusing on linear speed, curvilinear speed, change of direction, and aerobic capacity. For injured athletes, phases include progressive loading, neuromuscular re-education, and strict movement quality standards. Sessions conclude with a cool-down, mobility work, and recovery strategies. Every session is data-informed and centered on each athlete’s goals and readiness.
