More About Coach Cerie
Former Professional & Division I Basketball Player | Elite Shooting Coach
As a former Professional and Division I basketball player, I bring years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, and am open to working with any athlete committed to becoming a better shooter. As the 2011 NCAA 3-point shooting champion and NCAA leader in 3-point shooting conversion (50%) I specialize in teaching elite shooting techniques, helping athletes improve their mechanics, accuracy, and consistency. My training style is influenced by the drills and methods I used to become one of the top shooters in the country. Whether you're looking to refine your shot or elevate your overall game, I’m here to provide personalized guidance and proven strategies to help you reach your full potential as a basketball player.
•Professional basketball player in Europe
•Division-I basketball player at University of Massachusetts
•NCAA 3-point shooting champion
•Led the NCAA in 3-point shooting conversion, averaging 50% from behind the arc
•McDonalds All-American High School Nominee
•International experience in the US, UK, and Europe
-----SESSION PLAN-----
Becoming a great shooter takes time, dedication, and a solid foundation. It's about developing muscle memory, putting in the reps, and pushing yourself to improve every day. I'll tailor drills specifically to your current skill level, and build upon that with a mix of basic and advanced techniques—the same ones I used to become one of the nation's top shooters. During each session, you'll get plenty of reps in, with real-time adjustments to continually improve and fine-tune your shooting skills. After every workout, you'll receive additional drills to work on independently, helping you continue to progress between sessions. Together, we'll work to elevate your game to the next level.
-----TRAINING LOCATIONS-----
I don't have one primary training facility that I use for sessions, and typically use outdoor public courts during the warmer months as weather allows. For winter months/poor weather, I use local gyms/sports facilities.
-----EQUIPMENT-----
Athletes should wear basketball shoes and comfortable sports clothing to training sessions. They should also bring their own water bottle and basketball to each session.
