More About Coach Cedrick

I was a former professional football player in the AFL (Arena Football League). I also ran track and was an All American Safety at Long Beach Poly HS. I have coached the varsity sprinters at Fullerton HS in 2004. I currently have a speed training business called A.T.C. ACADEMY All Sports & Speed Training based out of Tustin, CA. I studied Kinesiology at Clark Atlanta University. I specialize in the agility, footwork, core, explosiveness, speed, plyometrics in EVERY sport. AGES 8 AND ABOVE.

With my Speed Training you will be taught the following:

- Proper running technique
- Speed warm up drills
- Medicine Ball workouts for explosiveness
- Resistance Band drills for lateral quickness
- Plyometric circuits and drills for explosiveness and speed enhancement

I have sessions for both 1-on-1 training and group training. I also do team training for youth and high school teams ANY SPORT.

I've been doing my sports training for about 20 yrs now.

My Speed Training sessions will consist of the following itinerary:

1- Warm up laps (MP3 Warm up)
2- Stretching
3- Dynamic Warm up
4- Technique Warm up drills
5- Resistance Bands (for lateral quickness and explosiveness)
6- Speed Drills (to improve speed)
7- Plyometric Circuit (for explosiveness)
8- Core exercises (to improve stability and overall speed)

WORKOUTS ARE DIFFERENT PER SESSION

This outline breaks down the whole workout session the athlete will go through.
