Play in the NFL, earned contracts with the Eagles and Lions, will be entering my second season with the Detroit Lions in 2020. Started and played in over 40 D1 college games for both Stanford and Arizona State University. Former Rose Bowl Champion and All PAC-12 offensive lineman.

I am lucky to have trained under hall of fame offensive linemen and the most respected strength and conditioning coaches in the business. Because I am working on certification in Strength and conditioning, I offer a complete perspective that encompasses every need for a young offensive lineman. Technique, functional movement, strength, mobility, schematic tips, and comprehensive football knowledge. I have played every position at the highest level and share philosophies with pro bowl, all pro, and hall of fame football NFL players. Be prepared to receive many questions from me as I find it necessary to inquire as much information I can about an athlete so I can tailor the training sessions to the athletes needs.
