More About Coach Casey

I have been training athletes for 12 years, specifically quarterbacks. I have coached both high school and college football as a quarterback coach. I currently run high school skill camps and college showcases as Camp Director for an organization called Cross Training Athletics. I most often work with kids ages 12-18 but have worked with kids as young as 8-9. I love helping athletes reach their potential!

I use a progression based approach. I like to first establish a foundation of necessary skills for the quarterback position. Once we master a skill or technique, we compound or build upon it. You can expect to sweat, but also improve your I.Q. of the game. Every drill I do has direct correlation to in-game use. I always encourage and challenge simultaneously to get the absolute most out of every athlete.
