I have over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, a Master's degree in Kinesiology, and have competed in 11 NPC fitness competitions. I work with all athletes for sport specific training, as well as people looking for general weight loss and muscle gain.

I am an NPC Nationally recognized competitor with over 3 years of experience in competition coaching. I have competed in 11 different competitions and placed in the top 5 for each one.

I cater all sessions to the client based on what their goals are, their restrictions are, and what they are looking to accomplish. Each individual receives one-on-one attention.
