More About Coach Carmine
I have 6 years of professional baseball experience as well as playing college baseball at UCF and University of Tampa. As a player I endured Tommy John surgery and had to relearn how to throw correctly. This not only helped my playing career but over hours of rehab and studying film I have learned the proper techniques to help prevent injuries and how to utilize your bodies kinetic chain to maximize performance. I have coached kids from the ages of 6 to 18, some kids just learning how to throw and others having D1 scholarships to some of the tops schools in the country. I would love to help you or your child get to the next level and having fun doing it.
Named a High School All- American in 2006, attended UCF and University of Tampa where I was a member of their baseball team, was drafted 3 times in the MLB Draft- 2006, 2009, 2010. Played in the Los Angeles Angels minor league system. 2014 AA- Texas League All-Star
Clients will learn and proper warm up and cool down including numerous arm strengthening exercises. We will then throw on flat ground getting loose and working on proper throwing technique before moving on to the mound to begin their bullpen. Learning how to make physical and mental adjustments on the mound quickly is one of the main focuses of our mound work.
