More About Coach Carlyn
Coach Stef started playing lacrosse in 4th grade. She played club lacrosse throughout middle school and high school for Jackals. She attended Good Counsel High School, where she played lacrosse, field hockey and track. Stefanelli graduated in 2010 and went on to attend West Virginia University. She played lacrosse at West Virginia University, where she graduated from in 2014. She has played every position except goalie.
Following college, Stefanelli immediately began coaching girls lacrosse while starting a career in marketing. She has been coaching for 10 years. The players she has coached have been recruited to Virginia Tech, Longwood University, Shepherd University, Delaware State University, Bridgewater College, McDaniel College, and JUCO. She has worked in education for the last 5 years serving in administrative roles. She began Savage Sports (savagesportscamps.org) in 2023 to better serve athletes in different states, focusing on skill development and player personal growth. She is currently the Social Media Director for Good Counsel Football and the Varsity lacrosse Assistant Coach at Georgetown Visitation. She is USA Lacrosse certified.

Each session is tailored to what the player or parent is looking for. Each session starts with a warmup. Then, focuses on fundamentals and skill development depending on position/skill level. Also incorporating speed & agility training and technical training.
