Coaching experience: 2 years Assistant Coach with James Monroe Varsity Boys Baskerball.
Currently: Freedom High School Varsity & JV Girls Assistant Coach.
Training experience: Going back to my days as a youth I have always been a “player coach”. I’ve been training myself and my peers for 15+. I’ve gained knowledge, skills, and experience from great coaches in the DMV area that I’ve been able to take and add to my tool box.
2009: Cedar Run District HM
2010: Common Wealth District 1st Team
2011: CW District POY, 1st Team All Area, 1st Team All Region
2012: 1st Team All Area & 2nd Team All Region.
2012 AAU National Championship Runner Up with Team Takeover.

I focus on the fundamentals, especially with younger clients, or clients that’s first starting out. Footwork and IQ (understanding the game) is where we start to build a foundation. From there we will focus on an individualized development plan. We will see improvement through our hard work and habits!
There will be skill work, game like situational work, also strength and conditioning.
