More About Coach Cameron
I have been coaching high school athletes for over 10 years. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I coach my wife for WBFF competitions. I currently train multiple high school athletes in multiple sports.
I was a 3 year, 3 sport varsity letterman in high school. Football, Baseball, and Diving. I enjoyed all sports growing up and had the opportunity to continue my baseball career, but decided to focus on academics and attended the University of Texas at Austin.
All sessions will be client specific. Stretching and cardio will be incorporated in all training regardless of fitness level. We will discuss our fitness goals with each other and establish a fitness foundation so we can start with responsible expectations and accomplish tasks together.
