My coaching focuses on strength training, weight loss, menopause intervention, and overall wellness. I’ve helped clients improve mobility, build confidence, and achieve lasting results through personalized programs tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether someone is looking to gain muscle, lose fat, increase mobility, or develop healthy habits, I provide structured guidance, accountability, and support to ensure their success.
I have been actively involved in sports since the age of 6, competing in a wide range of athletic . In high school, I was a varsity athlete for all four years in both basketball and track and field. During college, I competed on the track team, where I set and broke records while also serving as a lead scorer for two consecutive seasons. Currently, I am training to compete at the professional level, continually pushing myself to reach new heights and expand my athletic accomplishments. My experience as a high-level competitor allows me to bring firsthand knowledge of performance, discipline, and strategy to the clients I coach.
Every session begins with a warm-up and dynamic stretching to prepare the body and reduce the risk of injury. From there, we move into a cardio segment, customized to your goals—whether that’s improving endurance, burning fat, or increasing overall athletic performance. The main portion of the session is focused on resistance training, which is fully tailored to your objectives. For example, if your goal is to increase mobility, the exercises will prioritize flexibility and functional strength. If you’re focused on body recomp, we’ll structure resistance work to maximize fat loss while building lean muscle. Throughout each session, I provide guidance on form, technique, and progression, ensuring that every client is challenged safely and effectively while achieving measurable results.
