University of South Carolina assisted with the sprinters jumpers and hurdlers in their developmental stage. Implemented workouts worked closely with each position coach to learn other events. Coached at my alma mater North Carolina A&T State University helped writing and implementing workouts. Help led 10 plus athletes to NCAA National Championships. Former Head Coach at Terry Sanford High School. Wrote workouts for sprinters jumpers hurdlers distance and throwers. Led our indoor team to top 5 finishers at indoor States(4x8, high jump,long jump mile,800). Outdoors led 10 athletes to State Championships (800m,4x8,4x100,110HH,High Jump,Long Jump) Led the 4x100 to New Balance National Championships.

Warm Up- jogging bring the body's core temperature up getting ready for exercise.
Quick Stretch- Losing up any tightness and or stress that the body may have accumulated.
Drills- event specific drills that are based on the skill set of each athlete to develop to the highest level of (elite)
Workout- Workload that athletes have to endure while stabilizing and maintain posture while running.
Cool down and Stretch- bringing core temperature levels down and sequence of Proprioceptive neuromuscular Facilitation stretching (PNF)
