Former Professional Track Athlete in the 100, 200 and 4x100 meters. I've coached at University of South Carolina working with all the athletes. I assisted at North Carolina A&T State University with their strength program.

Warm up- Focusing on bringing the core temperature up to get ready for the workout.
Event specific drills- Drills are geared to mimic what event will be focused on and help with effective movement.
Dynamic flexibility- mobility used to gain range of motion (ROM).
Workout specific-workout geared to the common goal.
Cool down- bringing the body back to it normal state.
Stretch- Using static stretching to increase flexibility and decrease muscle soreness. A happy and professional environment!
