More About Coach Cale
I have coached at the college for recruiting at the PalmSprings Colleigate league (summer), high school at Drew School, and youth levels running YouthGold Baseball.
I have worked with age 7 to 18 years old. The style of training defers based on age and skill level. You talk to an 18 year old much different then a 10 year old in how you coach.
I played in high school earning All-Conference. I earned All Conference and Academic All Conference in junior college for City College of San Francisco. I then went to play at York College where I earned academic honors. I was injured so my play became limited on the field. I worked at Crunch Fitness winning personal training rewards. I have a NCSA fitness certification.
Clients start from the ground up, meaning we work from the leg foundation up the body. The first point to every lesson begins with balance. If we have balance than we can improve anything in our lessons.
