More About Coach Cajimmy
I have been training athletes officially for one year now. I have never coached for a school or travel team. But I do coach at a organization called i9 sports. I also train kids with i9 sports as well. The age group I normally work with is 8 and up. Currently working on getting my strength and conditioning license.
I played basketball in middle school for 2 years and became the District Champs. In high school I played varsity 2 years as well. Unfortunately, my senior year ended shortly because I tore my ACL. Once I fully recovered I went to college at Patrick Henry Community College in Martinsville, Virginia. I ended up with an injury in my other knee tearing my other ACL. I now pick up the pieces to inspire those who need a helping hand.
We will work on dribbling, shooting, passing, movement with and without the ball, rebounding, post moves, finishing around the rim, footwork with and without the ball. I train kids from Point Guard all the way to Center.
