Currently the head middle grades football coach @ Pace Academy. I have trained as a strength and conditioning coach in youth, middle, high school, college and professional sports. I have trained and consulted at Blount High, Vigor High, USC, NFL-Buccaneers, Indoor Pro Football, Baseball Camps and the Hank Aaron stadium baseball clinics. My education consists of BA, M.Ed., Teacher Certification, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Fitness Instructor, CPR-First Aid & the Coachup certification

First, the agenda and goals of the day are reviewed; 5 minutes of dynamic warm-up, 5 minutes of stretch/flexibility, dynamic warm-up abs mobility, sports specific training part 1, sports specific training 2, Warm down. The part 1 and part 2 sports specific training will depend on the service you requested. It could be speed, agility, weight training or other program you choose. The training is planned, specific and precise in order to maximize the sessions to promote efficiency.
