I've been working with athletes ages 11-23 for 5 years, both coaching and training. My coaching experience has been mostly high school (4 years) with 1 year at Western Oregon University. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science & Sports medicine

A client can expect to get my best as a coach. The workouts will be hard and for at least 45mins - 1 hour ( we can always go more) Depending on what limitations or weaknesses an individual has is how I will plan the workout. We can work on both specific and technical drills. Communication is key to the overall success !
