Interned at a University of South Alabama strength and conditioning. Worked with cheerleading, baseball, football, and track. Coached middle school and high school football and track athletes in Gulfport, Ms. Graduated from USA with a B.S. In Exercise Science.
Football and track high school and collegiate level at The University of South Alabama. Team captain. Member of the first football team to ever play at USA. Played AFL (Arena Football League) with Tampa Bay storm 2015 season (practice squad)
Expect to make weak areas strengths and strengths stronger. Specific drills will be worked on. For example feet work drills, testing techniques such as 40, shuttle, and broad will be taught. Positions specifics will be focused on. Ex. Wr: catching drills, stance and start perfected, releases perfected route tree broken down, ability to read defenses enhanced.
