I have coached with Pick6 Sports, a youth flag football league, for 4 years now. Ages range from 5-13. Also I have been a high school football coach for 4 years now as well. I have coached at Hazen High Scool and Liberty High School. I am USA football certified and heads up football certified as well. My first 2 years of coaching was as O-Line and D-Line Coach. Last 2 years I have been an Offensive Coordinator for Junior Varsity and have coached defensive backs and Receivers.

I played football in high school. I have helped coached division 1 athletes and unfortunately was injured before I could pursue a collegiate career.

I normally start with a session that is strictly an assessment of position based drills, physical assessment and a Q&A to find out what specifically the goal of the individual is. Then every session after that will be ran with this layout:
First part will consist of endurance training.
Second will be transferable footwork drills that can help in football, basketball, soccer and all other sports.
Third will be position specific physical drills.
Fourth will be position specific knowledge based training.
Lastly we end with a close out endurance drill.
