My personal yoga practice started over 7 years ago, now sharing my passion with the world through classes and privates for over a year now.
All levels are welcomed, My current classes have all walks of life; corporate executives, beginners, senior citizens, teens and adults with disabilities or limited motor skills, women in recovery, those just here on vacation and everyone in between.
I currently teach, Corporate Yoga, Chair Yoga in Retirement Homes, Women's sober living home, aLaya Spa, Yoga Connection Davie & Pines, L.I.F.E for adults with disabilities, small group parties and privates.

My 200 hr RYT was complete at The Joyful School of Yoga at Om Joyful Yoga.

Certified in Restorative Yoga - Additional 14 hours of training.
Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certified
Performed yoga sequence at the 2017 India's Independence Day
Hosted Art & Yoga Field Trip for middle schoolers

Each session will be customized towards your needs for exactly what you want to take away.

General outline of a session would follow;

Starting with becoming present and aware of your breath and feeling grounding and connecting with yourself and disconnecting from reality.
Mantra/intention will be set for practice.
Pranayama(Breath Exercises) to further connect with your breath and open up the lungs for proper full inhales.
A few basic warm up moves followed by a few cycles of Surya Namaskar A or B (Sun Salutations) just to awaken the subtle body and get energy flowing.
*** warm up will differ if you selected Restorative, Yin, Chair Yoga (Please read descriptions of each style yoga below ****
Moving in to more in depth Asanas (poses) depending on your needs. We can focus on a practically part of the body if needed. (Hips openers, Low back strengthening, shoulders, hamstrings, heart openers, core/balance etc.)
We can also challenge you with some inversions, and balancing poses if you wish.
Cooling down the body with some relaxing ground poses, which will help slow down the breath preparing you for a relaxing savasana.
Savasana typically will be around 10-13 minutes in order for your brain waves to fully get to the meditative phase. Essential Oil and Short Sound healing will be included.
Closing class with intention and chanting.

Types of Yoga I offer:
-Hatha/Vinyasa : connecting movement with breath
-Restorative (I will provide props): very yummy style of yoga, comfy props are used as you melt into very relaxing poses for 3-5 mins, typically only around 5-6 poses per session. this allows you to relax the muscles and focus on calming the mind, it really makes you slow down from your everyday busy lifestyle. *** Please check packages for this specific type of yoga**
-Chair - poses all experience seated, improving motor skills while still stretching the whole body. (also great for corporate settings)
-Yin- typically will also be only 5-6 poses held for 3-5 minutes but with no props, quieting the mind while getting deep into the connect tissues of the muscles, this style will help improve flexibility
-Gentle - a slower pace, easy on the joints.
-Power- quicker rthymn of movement
-Scuplt - using light weights in a few poses to also build muscle

Brooke is by far my favorite yoga instructor. I’ve never been so relaxed after any class I’ve taken and felt comfortable practicing any pose through the class because she gave alternative options if you didn’t feel comfortable doing it! Also great choice in background music! I am so happy with her, can’t wait to do another class!

I took Brooke’s yin and hot vinyasa class both were amazing!! I had never take a yin nor a heated class before so I was very nervous but Brooke made me feel at ease. I can’t wait for her next class!
My wife and I have been taking Brooke’s class for over 6 months now. I had never done yoga before when I started but Brooke made me feel very comfortable and really grow to enjoy it as yoga is now my main exercise 3-4 times a week. Typically I am the only male in class but Brooke always makes me feel welcomed, takes the time to check in with me before and/or after class.
My sister and I have been taking Brooke’s class at ALaya in Weston for a while now. I love her flows they touch on each part of the body, they are always different and challenging but she always provides modifications incase your not feeling up to it that day. Her calm energy allows me to fully decompress from my work which allows me to focus on my breath and myself. She has a way of putting you in to a deep meditation during shivasana that I leave class feeling extremely refreshed with a positive mind set.
