Current Assistant XC/Track Coach at the University of Oklahoma. I ran collegiately at Division 1, McNeese State University, for 5 years, winning the Southland Conference Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase my senior year. I have coached athletes of all ages, from Youth to Master's levels. I have a Master's of Science in Health and Human Performance/ Exercise Science.

Competed collegiately for 5 years and currently run semi-professionally sponsored by Rabbit and Physiophyx. Southland Conference 3000m Steeplechase Champion. 2016 Louisiana Road 10k and 8k State Champion. PR's of: 1:54 for 800, 4:05 for mile, 9:05 for 3000m Steeplechase, 14:59 for 5000m, 31:40 for 10000m.

I will come up with an individualized training program to best fit the needs of the athlete and the event they are training for. A training session would include, warm up, drills and stretches, workout (individualized and depends on the athlete), and a cool down. In addition, I am always available by phone or email for additional questions and training advice.
