As an athlete you can always expect a very detailed, organized and technical training session with me. Each sessions goals will vary based on the goals and expectations of the athlete and/or their parents. I typically coach with a comprehensive multifaceted approach to the throws, meaning athletes will always begin with a dynamic warm-up, they will utilize drills to craft technique, yoga and stretching to enhance the athlete's mobility, as well as weight lifting & plyometrics to increase functional strength and explosiveness. Athletes may also choose to hone in on specific techniques or areas of concern with their throw, but ultimately every athlete I coach will leave with a more thorough understanding of their event.
