B.S in Bus. Admin; 14+ years of coaching or training in multiple sports from youth to college: football, track and field, baseball are general specialties. 8 years as an owner personal trainer in speed and sprint mechanics called
Speed to Enhance Performance Academy in San Diego, Brian is in his second year as head sprints coach at 2X CIF Track and Field Champion Torrey Pines High School (2016,2018); he coached 8 CA CIF State Qualifiers including #16 ranked Girls 4X400m relay team. For 8 years he has coached S.T.E.P. Track Club based in San Diego, CA. Since 2010 he has trained dozens of AAU and USATF National Junior Olympic Qualifiers in 100m, 200m, 4X400m, 4X100m, long jump, shot put, discus, and javelin.
He has trained some of San Diego Counties top sprinters (Calista Fletcher, Quoi Ellis, Julia Morales, Quinn Harder)

A typical 1 hour session includes:
20-30 minute dynamic warm up focused on stretching and speed development exercises.
10 minutes Cardio vascular training could include jogging, ladder agility drills or explosive sprint technics up to 800mm depending on client needs.
10 minutes Core strength, set training or circuit training to include explosive plyometrics, weights and cardio. Some could to include multiple reps low weights
10 minutes Cool down jog and stretch
