More About Coach Brian
I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and a lifetime athlete who has been coaching other athletes since I was in grade school. My focus has changed as I've grown older to working with aspiring athletes that are looking to get a mental edge though personal training. My typical clients are 20 and 30 somethings that are realize that they are not fulfilled by life in a cubicle and on zoom calls. I teach group fitness classes at various luxury apartment buildings as well as do in-home personal training sessions in Walnut Creek, Alamo, Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, and Concord. I also hold personal training sessions at a gym in Pleasant Hill.

My typical 50 minute functional fitness workout features 2 circuits (AMRAP, EMOM, or TABATA) and a core finisher.
Exercises use moderate resistance and high reps, agility, endurance, balance, and core focused. They are designed to boost everyday stamina making everyday matters like climbing stairs, keeping up with children, carrying groceries, and even just getting through a long day at the office a breeze.
