Played in the NCAA/NJCAa and professionally. Won 4 State championships, mvp, with to nationals three time, Became an all American. Basketball was my 1st love. I started when I was 6 years old . Ive played basketball collegiately, so I know what it takes to get to the D1 level. However, I have other colleagues and all of them were collegiate athletes, all of them are excellent basketball trainers, all of them will challenge your child in a way that will push him or her to grow.
I generally emphasize footwork, strength and conditioning, and attacking weaknesses and playing efficiently. My sessions include mental preparation and practice, progressive resistance, foot speed and agility drills, face up and post up progression, shooting, rebounding, ball handling and conditioning therefore; as a result, 2 hour sessions are recommended for ages 12 and up to make a complete player sooner than later. I also teach defense as the way to make any ones team. My college coaching experience allows me the ability to offer college placement assistance with the many peers I have in the game.
