I begin the athlete with dynamic warmup and moderate running/jog. Warmup will last for 15 minutes. We will then begin to emphasize the type of training the client is looking for, whether it be speed, agility, strength, or jumping/plyometrics. This emphasis training takes up 30 minutes. Finally, we will conclude each session with 15 minutes of core and stretching. After stretching, I will ask athlete what he/she has learned and then we break it down.
