More About Coach Brandon
I have plenty of experience coaching and training, been coaching and training since 2012, I coach and train age groups 11-17 year olds. I work based out of North Brunswick where I went and played in high school. Ive coached travel basketball in the town and as of now I’m coaching AAU with the NJ Bulldogs 7th grade 13u Elite team.
Played varsity at North Brunswick Twp High School. Scored 949 points. Was player of the month. 2nd Team All County. I also played at Middlesex County College for two years. No awards or honors but let’s say I did have a couple big D1 schools looking at me in 2008. I went to a tryout to go play overseas as well. But injuries kept me back.
A typical workout with me is intense, most say it’s the hardest workout they have ever done. I focus on details making sure they can follow details. I work on strength & conditioning, defense, shooting, dribbling, rebounding, passing, footwork, mental toughness. Some drills I do consist of 3 man weave, form shooting, rebound, post move/footwork, game situation guard play, pick n roll, dribble series, planking, push-ups, high knees, wall sits, sprints, wall taps, back pedals, lunges, defensive slides, UCLA drill, and close outs. That’s just some of the stuff I do.
