More About Coach Brandon
Brandon Kozlowski joined Athletic Evolution as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in the spring of 2015 after working as an intern in the fall of 2014. Brandon graduated from Endicott College in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Brandon enjoys exploring the different aspects of the strength and conditioning field. Brandon first entered into Endicott College as an Athletic Training student, and spent two years with a focus on athletic injury prevention, first aid, and injury rehabilitation. Brandon then changed his focus to the area of strength and conditioning, and finished his career at Endicott majoring in Exercise Science, but uses his experience and knowledge from athletic training on a daily basis to better assist his clients with injuries rehab and prevention.
During his time at Athletic Evolution Brandon has worked with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. He has been the head strength coach for AE's soccer, basketball, and football programs. Brandon has worked with clients preparing for a variety of sports including football, volleyball, basketball, hockey, soccer, baseball, softball, and lacrosse. He takes great pride in being able to program for and train athletes of all ages, backgrounds, and sports.
Brandon has also worked as a Parkour and American Ninja Warrior coach to help youth athletes develop strength and total body control. Brandon’s passion is to see each and every individual reach his or her maximum athletic potential. Brandon plans on continuing his education and pursuing a master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning.
Brandon played football throughout his childhood and high school career, playing on the offensive and defensive line at Tantasqua Regional High School. During Brandon's sophomore year at Tantasqua, his football team went undefeated, and won the Central Massachusetts High School Super Bowl played at Westfield State College. During his senior football season, he was awarded offensive lineman of the year. At Endicott College, Brandon continued his connection with football through assisting in the programming and strength and conditioning of the Endicott College football team.
Clients can expect a personalized session centered around the client's needs and goals. Brandon goal for each session is to maximize his clients potential in each session. In a typical training session, a client can expect a results-driven program that is designed to meet each individual's training goals based on their previous training experience, injury history, and where they are in relation to their sport-specific season. Brandon's background with injury prevention and rehabilitation allows him to work with a variety of injuries to carefully help each athlete reach his or her training goals.
