More About Coach Brandon
Most recently, I was the Defensive Backs coach at St John Fisher College. I've also been an assistant for youth, JV and Varsity at East Rochester High School. In those roles I've been responsible for coaching offensive line, defensive line, running back, full back, tight end, linebacker, long snapping, along with others. I was also an umpire for East Rochester's and Penfield youth baseball programs for almost ten years, while also umpiring East Rochester's varsity summer league games for 2 years.
My playing experience started when I was 7 and continued through college. I've played offensive line, defensive line, running back, full back, tight end, linebacker, while long snapping throughout my career. I was fortunate enough to attend St John Fisher College where I was able to earn my degree in Business Management and learn the sport from a great minds like Coach Paul Vosburgh and his staff. While there I played linebacker and special teams, including long snapping.
During high school, I was a captain of the football team, baseball team, and the indoor track and field team. In football, I was an all-league linebacker 3 years and was an all-league offensive lineman 1 year. I was also honorable mention All-Greater Rochester twice. In baseball I was all league my senior year. In track and field, I was a part of the 4x200 relay team that placed 8th in sectionals.
I wouldn't say there is a typical session. What I hope to bring is a completely customized plan to each individual. I don't believe in a "cookie cutter" approach to training or teaching. Every person learns differently and at different speeds.
I want to know your experience level, your short and long term goals, your academic standing, where you think you're successful, what you want to improve, your expected time table, etc. I love studying film and would prefer to incorporate that into your training plan. We can do position specific drills, speed and agility drills, research and develop lifting and nutritional plans, whatever it takes for you to reach your goals.

Client Reviews
Andrew (CoachUp client)
Coach Brandon did an excellent job working my son to improve his flexibility, route running and catching. He incorporates excellent drills into the practice and is very knowledgeable about the receiver position. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
